Chia Obama yanked from store shelves

Chia Obama, the first Chia Pet to be created in the likeness of a living person, was not quite the hit that CVS expected. The Commander-in-Chia has been taken down from the shelves.

Chia Pet maker Joseph Enterprises decided to launch this new Obama product with a costly media blitz in Chicago, San Francisco, and Tampa.

Reps from Walgreens said they received complaints about the product, while CVS has remained tightlipped about why they decided to cease selling the product.
