I have no clue who Dominique Swain is, but apparently she was famous/relevant at some point in the last decade or two. Apparently this animal loving has-been dumped off eight Cocker Spaniel puppies at a Malibu pound, and, despite being told that the puppies would need vaccinations, Swain refused to pay for any of the treatments, saying, “I have no money” before riding off in her BMW.
Animal shelter workers said Swain was extremely rude and basically just wanted to rid herself of the animals, and did not care if they lived or died. Ironically, her slogan for her PETA campaign back in the day was “Kindness is a Class Act.”
