With the Washington Humane Society kicking off its whirlwind Spring and Sumeer programs like Fashion for Paws and the upcoming annual Bark Ball, covered last year by Little Black Blog, Sugar and Champagne was the perfect sweet season opener for the animal-friendly organization. Featuring treats for both pampered pooches and cocktail-attired humans alike, the Sugar and Champagne event, held at the Ritz Carlton, was fun for the entire family (including the pets)!
