Happy Hour for The Emancipation Network

I will be serving on the committee for the Capital City Ball, which takes place in November. The Capital City Ball benefits The Emancipation Network (TEN), which fights slavery by empowering survivors of slavery to rebuild their lives with jobs, job training, education and aftercare.

All proceeds from this almost-the-weekend! $10 admission ticket will benefit TEN.

Jewelry and handicraft products from Made By Survivors, a program facilitated by TEN to help emancipated slaves get back on their feet, will be available for purchase at this event.

Please join the members of the Executive Committee for the Capital City Ball on Thursday to heighten awareness for this worthy philanthropy. Cheers!
