We can now add Indianapolis’ team to the long list of things Obama has supported that have failed miserably: health care, Chicago Olympics, Creigh Deeds, Jon Corzine, Martha Coakley, et al.
Obama told a pre-game interviewer: “I think the Colts probably have to be favorite, mainly because they have got perhaps the best quarterback in history — Peyton Manning is unbelievable.”
The president did add that he had a “soft spot” for the Saints, however, so as to continue his legacy of being wishy washy and offering all things to all people.

ManCrunch, and online dating service for gay men, has submitted a rather steamy ad to be aired during the Super Bowl. CBS has not yet cleared the ad, nor has it made a decision either way as to if it will air the ad. CBS’ original response was that all ad slots had been sold, but that doesn’t seem to gel with its ongoing will-they-or-won’t-they game with giving ManCrunch the airtime.
The website’s rep said this: “ManCrunch requested the spot get reviewed anyway just in case another advertiser drops out and a spot becomes available, as often happens, and CBS agreed.”
A CBS rep told Pop Tarts, the FOXnews gossip column, that there are in fact slots still open for advertising, and that he was not sure where that comment had been based.
