On June 22, 2007 the U.S. Senate passed a resolution to forever mark January 11th as a day of awareness and vigilance for the countless victims of human trafficking across the globe.

Since our conception just a few years ago Bridge to Freedom Foundation (BTFF), has taken great pride to create and distribute across the globe an inspiring awareness poster to mark this day.

This year BTFF is excited to host a full day awareness event in honor of National Global Human Trafficking Awareness Day (NGHTAD) on Friday January 11, 2013.

Thanks to the sponsorship of the Westin Georgetown we are delighted to announce that we will be hosting a full day of events including a panel of human trafficking survivors and experts, human trafficking film screening and a cocktail gala with silent auction.
