Washingtonians enjoyed breezy spring weather, cocktails, and passed hors d’oeuvres during the grand opening of 2030 8th Street at Atlantic Plumbing by JBG Companies last Thursday. New owners and potential buyers made up this well-heeled set of revelers, who were treated to a preview of two units outfitted by Room & Board. The building features one and two bedroom residences with over nine-foot ceilings, and an interior design that pays homage to the structure’s commercial past when it served as a plumbing supply warehouse. Interior finishes are a study in cool, contemporary design incorporating natural finished, hardwood floors, custom cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. Bathrooms are well appointed with floating vanities, floor to ceiling porcelain tile surrounds and full-width mirrors.
Over 50 percent of the condominium units at 2030 8th Street have been sold with prices ranging from the upper $300s to $1.9 million.
Residences at 2030 8th Street are being sold by McWilliams/Ballard; consultations are scheduled by appointment via email: Sales@2030AP.com or by phone: 202-792-8880.
