This Friday: 15th Annual Fair Chance Butterfly Bash

One of our favorite events every year, The Fair Chance Butterfly Bash promises to draw DC’s best-dressed philanthropists this Friday, October 13 at 7:00 p.m. at Dock5 @ Union Market. Fair Chance, a nonprofit organization committed to improving the lives of children in DC’s poorest neighborhoods, celebrates its 15th anniversary gala by honoring Marie and Wendell Johns for their participation in a wide range of nonprofit organizations that support education and youth in the Washington, DC area.

Butterfly Bash is Fair Chance’s signature even. Each year, the glitzy gala raises funds and celebrates local leaders who have improved the lives of children living in poverty in DC. Proceeds from the evening allow Fair Chance to continue their mission in strengthening the sustainability and performance of community-based nonprofits. These non-profits provide life-changing support with lasting results for children and youth living in poverty.

This year’s Butterfly Bash unveils a new ticket option: the Young Patron ticket, available for guests 35 and under. These tickets are available for a discounted rate of $125. But them here.
