Annual Empty Bowls Event to Feed Neighbors in Need What:            The Capital Area Food Bank will host its 7th Annual Empty Bowls event, a one-day fundraiser designed to shed light on the issue of hunger, in response to record numbers of residents in need throughout the Washington metro area.
